HYDROGRAPHS SHOWING GROUND WATER LEVEL FLUCTUATIONS OVER TIME

Hydrographs are a graphic representation of water level fluctuations over time. The hydrographs presented here show water levels at selected monitoring wells throughout the Indian Wells Valley. The wells drilled as part of the Bureau of Reclamation Project (1992-93) were installed with as many as four small-diameter wells (within a single borehole) and are completed in different hydrogeologic zones. Each well is measured on a semi-annual basis by the Kern County Water Agency as part of the Indian Wells Valley Well Monitoring Program. The Cooperative Groundwater Management Group Technical Advisory Committee will update all of the hydrographs listed below annually.
